use his Kantronics KAM XL controller for both a Community
Bulletin Board, and a personal mailbox for stations without
their own mailbox capability. This is a sophisticated,
high capacity controller with advanced support for mail
forwarding, BBS-to-BBS transfers, National Trafic System (NTS)
traffic routing, and personal packet mail management.
